Access on the plateform. The Buyer and Professional Visitor acknowledge that he/she has the necessary skills and means to access Platform. He is solely responsible for his Internet connection and/or the devices he uses to access the Platform. He acknowledges that he/she has taken all necessary measures to protect his/her computer system against any contamination by potential viruses and against any intrusion attempt by third parties. He is responsible for any loss or damage, material or immaterial, which results from its use of the Platform. FOODIA shall not be liable for any costs associated with the use of the Platform by the Buyer such as Internet connection, etc.
