Access Permission. Upon receipt of a substantiated request, the EGF Commander must authorise agents of the competent service to inspect, repair, maintain, rebuild or move installations, electrical networks and pipes within the infrastructure of the Permanent HQ, provided that those activities present no obstacle to normal operations and security.

Access Permission. 8.3.1 From and including the Service Transfer Date the Authority shall permit the Service Provider to use the Authority's Premises for the provision of the Services as licensee only and on the terms set out in this clause 8 (Use of Authority's Premises). 8.3.2 The Service Provider shall in addition permit the Service Provider (as licensee only and on the terms set out in this clause 8.3) to use such other areas of the Authority's Premises as are necessary for the amenity and comfort of its Staff including toilets, meeting rooms, kitchens and canteens. Upon the earlier of the Expiry Date or the Termination Date (or where the Agreement is extended in accordance with clause 2.3, where the Agreement expires or is terminated prior to the end of the extended term), this permission shall determine without prejudice to any rights or remedies that may have accru ed. 8.3.3 In the event of a breach by the Service Provider of its obligations in this clause 8, the Authority is entitled to determine the permission granted pursuant to clause 8.3.1 and 8.3.2 on ten (10) Business Days' notice if such breach is not remedied by the expiry of such notice. For the avoidance of doubt, the Authority's rights of termination relate only to the Authority's Premises where the Service Provider has failed to remedy the alleged breach. 8.3.4 Subject to the provisions of clause 49 Dispute Resolution, in the event of a breach by the Service Provider of its obligations in the NLBP Licence or any Substitute Licence, the Authority is entitled to determine the NLBP Licence or the Substitute Licence (as the case may be) on ten (10) Business Days' notice if such breach is not remedied by the expiry of such notice .

Access shall be limited to those portions of Landowner’s real property where actual restoration or monitoring work is proposed to be performed and those additional portions of real property that must be traversed to gain access to the work site. The applicant will contact the Landowner at least 72 hours prior to any visit. At no time will CDFW or NOAA Fisheries representatives access the property without the applicant unless expressively given permission by the Landowner.
Access Permission. Landowner hereby grants Dry Creek Salmon Enhancement Project and California Department of Fish and Game representatives permission to enter onto real property owned by the Landowner to perform pre-project evaluation; and, if an agreement for the project is entered into between the Dry Creek Salmon Enhancement Project and the California Department of Fish and Game, Landowner grants permission to perform the fishery enhancement work, to conduct field inspections, and to monitor project for needed maintenance or equipment removal for the life of the project. Access Permission. Landowner hereby grants Eel River Watershed Improvement Group, California Department of Fish and Wildlife representatives, and ERWIG subcontractors permission to enter onto real property owned by the landowner to perform pre-project evaluations, project implementation, and conduct project inspections. Access shall be limited to those portions of landowner's real property where actual stream restoration work is to be performed and those additional portions of the real property which must be traversed to gain access to the work site. XXXXX, CDFW and XXXXX subcontractors will follow all conditions set forth by the property owner. Data collected for this project can be shared with the grantor (CDFW).
