DATA REQUESTS. Upon the written request of the District, the State Auditor’s Office, the Appraisal District, or the Comptroller during the term of this Agreement, the Applicant, the District or any other entity on behalf of the District shall provide the requesting party with all information reasonably necessary for the requesting party to determine whether the Applicant is in compliance with its rights, obligations or responsibilities, including, but not limited to, any employment obligations which may arise under this Agreement.
DATA REQUESTS. Contractor shall promptly notify the JBE upon receipt of any requests which in any way might reasonably require access to the JBE Data. Contractor shall not respond to subpoenas, service of process, Public Records Act requests (or requests under California Rule of Court 10.500), and other legal requests directed at Contractor regarding this Agreement or JBE Data without first notifying the JBE. Contractor shall provide its intended responses to the JBE with adequate time for the JBE to review, revise and, if necessary, seek a protective order in a court of competent jurisdiction. Contractor shall not respond to legal requests directed at the JBE unless authorized in writing to do so by the JBE.

Contractor shall not respond to legal requests directed at the Court unless authorized in writing to do so by the Court.
DATA REQUESTS. Customer will have thirty (30) days from the termination of the Subscription Term in which to request a copy of Customer Data from SFDC, which will be made available by SFDC to Customer in a .csv format. Any modifications made to such data made by the Subscription Service outside the SFDC Service (if any) will not be captured in such data and the return of any such modified data shall be the responsibility of PROS.
DATA REQUESTS. The DISTRICT may decline to comply with a request in part at its discretion if it determines that providing the data element requested would not be in the best interest of current or former students in DISTRICT schools. All requests shall include a statement of purpose for which it is requested, and an estimation of the time needed to complete the project for which the data is requested.

The Applicant shall allow authorized employees of the District, the Comptroller, and/or the Xxxxxx County Appraisal District to have access to the Applicant’s Qualified Property and/or business records, in accordance with Texas Tax Code § 22.07, during the term of this Agreement, in order to inspect the project to determine compliance with the terms hereof. All inspections will be made at a mutually agreeable time after the giving of not less than five (5) business days prior written notice, and will be conducted in such a manner so as not to unreasonably interfere with either the construction or operation of the Applicant’s Qualified Property. All inspections may be accompanied by one or more representatives of the Applicant, and shall be conducted in accordance with the Applicant’s safety, security, and operational standards. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained in this Agreement shall require the Applicant to provide the District, the Comptroller, or the Xxxxxx County Appraisal District with any technical or business information that is private personnel data, proprietary, a trade secret or confidential in nature or is subject to a confidentiality agreement with any third party.
DATA REQUESTS. Provider shall use best efforts to provide data to Alliance in the implementation of any studies or improvement projects required of Alliance by the Department. Provider and Alliance will mutually agree upon the data to be provided and the format and time frame for provision of the data. Provider may satisfy any request for information by either paper or electronic/digital means. The requirements of this Contract regarding Records, access, and audit shall survive expiration or termination of this Contract.

Contractor shall not respond to subpoenas, service of process, Public Records Act requests (or requests under California Rule of Court 10.500), and other legal requests directed at Contractor regarding this Agreement or Judicial Council Data without first notifying the Judicial Council. Contractor shall provide its intended responses to the Judicial Council with adequate time for the Judicial Council to review, revise and, if necessary, seek a protective order in a court of competent jurisdiction. Contractor shall not respond to legal requests directed at the Judicial Council unless authorized in writing to do so by the Judicial Council.

All inspections may be accompanied by one or more representatives of the Applicant, and shall be conducted in accordance with the Applicant’s safety, security, and operational standards and rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained in this Agreement shall require the Applicant to provide the District, the Comptroller, or the Appraisal District with any technical or business information that contains private personnel data, or is proprietary, a trade secret, confidential in nature or subject to a confidentiality agreement with any third party or any other information that is not necessary for the District, the Comptroller, and/or the Appraisal District to determine the Applicant’s compliance with this Agreement.
