Common use of Access Rights for Use Clause in Contracts

Access Rights for Use. Access Rights to Foreground if Needed for Use of a Party's own Foreground including for third-party research shall be granted on fair and reasonable conditions. A third party shall not be granted direct Access Rights to Foreground generated by other Parties unless those Parties explicitly agree to it.
