Access rights of the Authority and others. 27.2.1 The Operator shall allow free access to the Project Facilities including Buses, Bus Depot, Control Centre and Parking Space (if any)at all times to the Authority's Representative and/ or any person authorized by the Authority, and also to the persons duly authorized by any Government Instrumentality to inspect the Project or to investigate any matter within their authority, and upon reasonable notice, the Operator shall provide to such persons reasonable assistance necessary to carry out their respective duties and functions;
