Divestment costs etc. 34.5.1 The Concessionaire shall bear and pay all costs incidental to divestment of all of the rights, title and interest of the Concessionaire in the Project in favour of the Authority upon Termination, save and except that all stamp duties payable on any deeds or Documents executed by the Concessionaire in connection with such divestment shall be borne by the Authority.
34.5.2 In the event of any dispute relating to matters covered by and under this Article 34, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall apply.
Divestment costs etc. 28.5.1 The Concessionaire shall bear and pay all costs incidental to divestment of all of the rights, title and interest of the Concessionaire in the Project in favour of Maha-Metro upon Termination, save and except that all stamp duties payable on any deeds or Documents executed by the Concessionaire in connection with such divestment shall be borne by Maha-Metro.
28.5.2 In the event of any dispute relating to matters covered by and under this Article 28, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall apply.
Divestment costs etc. 31.5.1 The Concessionaire shall bear and pay all costs incidental to divestment of all of the rights, title and interest of the Concessionaire in the Rail System in favour of MOR upon Termination, save and except that all stamp duties payable on any deeds or Documents executed by the Concessionaire in connection with such divestment shall be borne by MOR.
Divestment costs etc. 18.3.1 The Operator shall bear and pay all costs incidental to divestment of all of the rights, title and interest of the Operator in the Project Assets in favor of the Authority upon Termination, save and except that all stamp duties payable on any deeds or Documents executed by the Operator in connection with such divestment shall be borne by the Authority.

In the event of any dispute relating to matters covered by and under this Article 31, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall apply.

The Operator shall bear and pay all costs incidental to divestment of all of the rights and interest of the Operator in the Project Facilities in favour of the Authority upon Termination, save and except that all stamp duties payable on any deeds or Documents executed by the Operator in connection with such divestment shall be borne by the Authority.
15.3.2. In the event of any dispute relating to matters covered by and under this Article 15, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall apply.
15.3.3. In the event that any of the Divestment Requirements set forth in Clause 15.1 are not fulfilled by the Operator within 15 (fifteen) days from the end of the Agreement Period, the Operator shall be required to pay to the DTTDC, a penalty equivalent to the multiple of the “Penal Interest Rate” applicable on the date of Termination for each day of delay in the fulfilment of the Divestment Requirements beyond the 15 (fifteen) days specified herein. For the purpose of this Agreement, Penal Interest Rate shall mean the rate of interest that is two times the rate of interest on the 10-year Government of India Security as on the date of Termination.
Divestment costs etc. 22.4.1 In the event of Termination prior to the expiry of the Agreement and attributable to the Service Provider, it shall bear and pay all costs incidental to divestment of all of the rights, title and interest of the Service Provider in the Specialised Wagons/Xxxxx in favour of the Authority upon such Termination.
Divestment costs etc. 38.6.1 The Concessionaire shall bear and pay all costs incidental to divestment of all of the rights, title and interest of the Concessionaire in the Project Highway in favour of MPRDC upon Termination, save and except that all stamp duties payable on any deeds or Documents executed by the Concessionaire in connection with such divestment shall be borne by the MPRDC .
38.6.2 In the event of any dispute relating to matters covered by and under this Article 38, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall apply.
Divestment costs etc. 39.5.1 The Concessionaire shall bear and pay all costs incidental to divestment of all of the rights, title and interest of the Concessionaire in the HealthcareNetwork in favour of the Authority upon Termination, save and except that all stamp duties payable on any deeds or Documents executed by the Concessionaire in connection with such divestment shall be borne by the Authority.
39.5.2 In the event of any dispute relating to matters covered by and under this Article 39, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall apply.

The Contractor shall bear and pay all costs incidental to divestment of all of the rights and interest of the Contractor in the Project Facilities in favor of the Authority upon Termination, save and except that all stamp duties payable on any deeds or Documents executed by the Contractor in connection with such divestment shall be borne by the Authority.
16.3.2. In the event of any dispute relating to matters covered by and under this Article 16, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall apply.
16.3.3.
