Common use of Access Rights to be granted Clause in Contracts

Access Rights to be granted. by any leaving Party Any Party leaving the Project shall continue to grant Access Rights pursuant to the Project Contract and this Partnership Agreement as if it had remained a Party for the whole duration of the Project.
