Common use of Access Rights Clause in Contracts

Access Rights. Buyer, its authorized agents, employees and inspectors may, on reasonable advance notice (which no case shall be less than three (3) Business Days) visit the Project during normal business hours for purposes reasonably connected with this Agreement or the exercise of any and all rights secured to Buyer by Law, or its tariff schedules, PG&E Interconnection Handbook, Electric Rule 21, and rules on file with the CPUC. In connection with the foregoing, Buyer, its authorized agents, employees and inspectors must (i) at all times adhere to all safety and security procedures as may be required by Seller; (ii) not interfere with the operation of the Project; and (iii) unless waived in writing by Seller, be escorted by a representative of Seller. Buyer shall make reasonable efforts to coordinate its emergency activities with the Safety and Security Departments, if any, of the Project operator. Seller shall keep Buyer advised of current procedures for contacting the Project operator’s Safety and Security Departments.
