Access Services. A service that connects interexchange carriers to their End Users located within a local access and transport area (LATA). Access service is used in originating and terminating intraLATA/interLATA toll telecommunications.
Access Services. Contractor shall provide Purchaser with training resources for how to access Contractor’s OPI and VRI services. The OPI service phone line and VRI services application must be intuitive and user-friendly. If necessary, adequate training on application functionality, training manuals, and installation must be available to Purchasers to help them to quickly and efficiently operate access the Services.
Access Services. The Adviser appoints USBFS to provide access to one or more computer systems listed on Exhibit F hereto (as amended or supplemented from time to time) that are provided and maintained by USBFS.
Access Services. 1.1 As directed by the Company and subject to the terms of this Schedule 1.3(ix), State Street agrees to provide Shareholders with electronic access to such Shareholder’s account balance and transaction history information (the “Access Services”).
1.2 State Street will provide the Access Services through a third party service provider retained by State Street (“Vendor”).
(a) State Street’s Vendor as of the date of this Amendment shall be Envision Financial Systems (“ENFS”) pursuant to a “Software License and Service Agreement” between State Street and ENFS dated February 5, 2004, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time (“ENFS Agreement”). The ENFS Agreement provides for (i) data protection provisions substantially similar to the data protection provisions set forth in Section 14.4 of the Agreement and (ii) confidentiality provisions substantially similar to the confidentiality provisions set forth in Section 10 of the Agreement. In the event that the ENFS Agreement shall terminate for any reason, State Street agrees to provide prompt notice to the Company of any such termination and State Street agrees to act reasonably and promptly to retain a replacement Vendor. Until such replacement Vendor has been retained by State Street and is operational, the Access Services shall be suspended. If a replacement Vendor cannot be identified or retained, the Access Services and this Schedule shall terminate.
(b) The Access Services terms and conditions of use as published from time to time on the electronic access web site, security and encryption requirements, format, content and specific Shareholder information to be provided will be as agreed to by the Company and the Shareholders, as applicable, and acceptable to the Vendor. If, in connection with the Access Services, Shareholder access to or use of such Access Services requires Shareholder or user to "accept" various terms and conditions, State Street acknowledges that such terms and conditions are "accepted" by Shareholder or user or their designee in order to access or use the Access Services and shall not be deemed to be “accepted” by the Company.
(c) Each Company represents and warrants that any Shareholder account, transaction and other information provided by the Company to State Street and/or the Vendor (either directly or through State Street) (i) will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets, (ii...
Access Services. The aim of the Access Services is to give either command line or programmatic level access to the whole stack of publicly available gLite services. As an example, Figure 2-2 below presents a schematic view of gLite Data Management APIs and Command Line Interfaces (CLIs). User Interface (UI) is gLite's separate deployment component which belongs to Access Services group. When installed on a server or desktop computer it allows users or user level applications to access the functionalities of the grid services like VOMS, WMS, File Catalog, SE, CE, IS etc. It provides a set of CLIs and different programming languages APIs.
Access Services. Landlord shall provide without charge to Tenant, the Contractor, its subcontractors, Tenant’s Architect, Tenant’s Engineers, Tenant’s consultants and their respective employees normal Building security, access to and use of the loading dock, utilities and HVAC, toilet facilities, freight elevators or other normal Building services, to the extent they are compatible with construction in progress, during the design and construction period for Tenant Work, so long as the Contractor, its subcontractors, Tenant’s Architect, Tenant’s Engineers, Tenant’s consultants perform their work during Standard Operating Hours at times arranged in advance with and approved by the manager of the Building or Project. Notwithstanding the foregoing agreement not to charge Tenant for such expenses, Tenant understands and agrees that such expenses, whether incurred for Tenant or other tenants in the Building are part of Operating Expenses. To the extent Tenant’s move-in, and any of the foregoing activities do not occur during Standard Operating Hours, Tenant shall pay for Landlord’s expenses incurred as reasonably calculated by Landlord in providing such after hours services (including, without limitation, elevator). All stocking of Tenant’s construction materials for Tenant Work shall be as provided in Section 8.7 below.
Access Services. Sprint shall provide, at the request of the Company, dedicated special access circuits ("DEDICATED ACCESS SERVICES") connecting Sprint with any Domestic location of the Company or of any customer of the Company (each, a "COMPANY LOCATION"). Dedicated Access Services shall include, at the election of the Company, configurations whereby (i) Sprint provides access between Sprint and the Company Location ("SPRINT PROVIDED ACCESS"), (ii) the Company provides access to the serving wire center (the "SWC") and Sprint provides access from the applicable Sprint POP to the SWC (the "CPA-SWC") and (iii) the Company provides access into the Sprint POP ("CPA-POP"). The Rates and Charges for Dedicated Access Services are set forth on TABLE 9.
II. Core Services to be Offered --------------------------- This PARAGRAPH II sets forth the Core Services which Sprint shall provide to the Company under the terms of the Agreement, subject to the Rates and Charges set forth in PARAGRAPH V hereof and the Tables attached thereto.
Access Services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring local loop charge of $3,000 and a non-recurring charge of $1,000 for DS-3 Access at 1 NPA/NXX location mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.
