Common use of Access to and Use of Proprietary Information Clause in Contracts

Access to and Use of Proprietary Information. Employee recognizes and the Company agrees that, to assist Employee in the performance of his or her duties hereunder, Employee will be provided access to and limited use of proprietary and confidential information of the Company. Employee further recognizes that, as a part of his or her employment with the Company, Employee will benefit from and Employee’s qualifications will be enhanced by additional training, education and experience which will be provided to Employee by the Company directly and/or as a result of work projects assigned by the Company in which proprietary and confidential information of the Company is utilized by Employee.
