Extent of Service. Executive agrees to use Executive’s best efforts to carry out Executive’s duties and responsibilities under Section 1.1 hereof and, consistent with the other provisions of this Agreement, to devote substantially all of Executive’s business time, attention and energy thereto. The foregoing shall not be construed as preventing Executive from making investments in other businesses or enterprises, provided that Executive agrees not to become engaged in any other business activity which, in the reasonable judgment of the Board, is likely to interfere with Executive’s ability to discharge Executive’s duties and responsibilities to the Company.

Extent of Service. During the Employment Period, and excluding any periods of vacation and sick leave to which Executive is entitled, Executive agrees to devote his business time, attention, skill and efforts exclusively to the faithful performance of his duties hereunder; provided, however, that it shall not be a violation of this Agreement for Executive to (i) devote reasonable periods of time to charitable and community activities and, with the approval of the Company, industry or professional activities, and/or (ii) manage personal business interests and investments, so long as such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of Executive’s responsibilities under this Agreement.
Extent of Service. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall use his best efforts to promote the interests of the Company and those of any parent, subsidiary and associated company of the Company, and shall devote his full time and attention during normal business hours to the business and affairs of the Company and any parent, subsidiary and associated company. In addition, the Executive shall devote as much time outside normal business hours to the performance of his duties as may in the interests of the Company be reasonably necessary; provided, however, that the Executive shall not receive any remuneration in addition to that set out in Section 5 hereof in respect of his work during such time. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall not, without the consent of the Chief Executive Officer, directly or indirectly, either alone or jointly with or as a director, manager, agent or servant of any other person, firm or company, be engaged, concerned or interested in any business in a manner that would conflict with the Executive’s duties under this Section 4 (including holding any shares, loan, stock or any other ownership interest in any competitor of the Company), provided that nothing in this Section 4 shall preclude the Executive from holding shares, loan, stock or any other ownership interest in an entity other than a competitor of the Company as an investment.
Extent of Service. During Executive’s employment under this Agreement, Executive shall devote Executive’s full business time, best efforts and business judgment, skill and knowledge to the advancement of Employer’s business and interests and to the discharge of Executive’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement. Executive shall not engage in any other business activity, except as may be approved in writing and in advance by the Board; provided, however, that nothing in this agreement shall be construed as preventing Executive from: (a) investing Executive’s assets in any company or other entity in a manner not prohibited by Section 8(d) hereof and in such form or manner as shall not require any material activities on Executive’s part in connection with the operations or affairs of the companies or other entities in which such investments are made; or (b) engaging in religious, charitable or other community or non-profit activities that do not impair Executive’s ability to fulfill his/her duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
Extent of Service. During the Employment Term, the Employee shall devote his full time, attention and energy to the business of the Company, and, except as may be specifically permitted by the Company, shall not be engaged in any other business activity during the term of this Agreement. The foregoing shall not be construed as preventing the Employee from making passive investments in other businesses or enterprises, provided, however, that such investments will not: (1) require services on the part of the Employee which would in any way impair the performance of his duties under this Agreement, or (2) in any manner significantly interfere with Employee's responsibilities as an Employee of the Company in accordance with this Agreement.
Extent of Service. The Executive agrees to diligently serve the interests of the Company and shall devote substantially all of his working time, attention, skill and energies to the advancement of the interests of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates and the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder; provided that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as preventing the Executive from (i) investing the Executive’s assets in any entity in a manner not prohibited by Section 7 and in such form or manner as shall not require any material activities on the Executive’s part in connection with the operations or affairs of the entities in which such investments are made, or (ii) engaging in religious, charitable or other community or non-profit activities that do not impair the Executive’s ability to fulfill the Executive’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
Extent of Service. The Employee shall devote his full business time and attention to the business of the Company, and, except as may be specifically permitted by the Company, shall not be engaged in any other business activity during the term of this Agreement. The foregoing shall not be construed as preventing the Employee from making passive investments in other businesses or enterprises, provided, however, that such investments will not require services on the part of the Employee which would in any way impair the performance of his duties under this Agreement.

Extent of Service. During the Employment Period, and excluding any periods of vacation, sick or other leave to which Executive is entitled under this Agreement, Executive agrees to devote reasonable attention and time to the business and affairs of the Bank commensurate with his offices, and, to the extent necessary to discharge the responsibilities assigned to Executive hereunder, to use Executive’s reasonable best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently Executive’s responsibilities and duties under this Agreement.
Extent of Service. During the Executive’s employment under this Agreement, the Executive shall, devote the Executive’s best efforts and business judgment, skill and knowledge to the advancement of the Employer’s interests and to the discharge of the Executive’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, this Agreement shall not be construed as preventing the Executive from: (a) investing the Executive’s assets in any company or other entity in a manner not prohibited by Section 8(d) and in such form or manner as shall not require any material activities on the Executive’s part in connection with the operations or affairs of the companies or other entities in which such investments are made; (b) serving on the Board of another company; provided, that, such service does not impair or compromise the Executive’s ability to fulfill the Executive’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement; or (c) engaging in religious, charitable or other community or non-profit activities that do not impair the Executive’s ability to fulfill the Executive’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
Extent of Service. During the Employment Term, Executive agrees to use Executive’s full and best efforts to carry out Executive’s duties and responsibilities under Section 1.2 hereof with the highest degree of loyalty and the highest standards of care and, consistent with the other provisions of this Agreement, Executive agrees to devote substantially all of Executive’s business time, attention and energy thereto. The foregoing shall not be construed as preventing Executive from making investments in other businesses or enterprises, provided that Executive agrees not to become engaged in any other business activity which, in the reasonable judgment of the Board, is likely to interfere with Executive’s ability to discharge Executive’s duties and responsibilities to the Company. The Executive will not serve on the board of directors of an entity unrelated to the Company (other than a non-profit charitable organization) without the consent of the Board.
