Access To And Use Of The BNYM System. The terms of Appendix B to this Agreement shall apply to the Fund's access to and use of any component of the BNYM System (as defined in Appendix B). BNYM shall provide the Fund with access to and use of those components of the BNYM System for which the Fund pays a fee in accordance with the Fee Agreement or with respect to which the Fee Agreement indicates the fee is included in the Account Fees (as such term is used in the Fee Agreement). 7.
