Access to Site. 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.

Access to Site. The Purchaser shall grant TOMRA such access to the Site as may reasonably be required to perform the Services, at times to be agreed with the Purchaser and subject to any security and operational restrictions. While on the Site, TOMRA shall comply with the Purchaser’s safety and security rules and such other procedures and regulations notified to TOMRA from time to time by the Purchaser.
Access to Site. Provider shall have access to the Site in accordance with the following: (a) At all times throughout the Term of this Agreement, and at no additional charge to Provider, Provider and its employees, agents, and subcontractors, will have twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day pedestrian and vehicular access to and over the Site, from an open and improved public road to the Site, for the installation, maintenance and operation of the System, provided that such access does not interfere with school classroom activities; (b) Except for emergencies, Provider shall give notice to Customer twenty-four (24) hours in advance of any need to access the Site. Provider shall notify Customer of each visit to the Site. All access shall be in full compliance with all Applicable Law including but not limited to any applicable fingerprinting requirements; (c) If students are present at the site, Provider shall provide supervision in accordance with Education Code Section 45125.2; and (d) Provider shall not drive on artificial track surfaces or artificial turf.
Access to Site. Owner shall furnish right-of-entry on the project site for MSA and, if the site is not owned by Owner, warrants that permission has been granted to make planned explorations pursuant to the scope of services. MSA will take reasonable precautions to minimize damage to the site from use of equipment, but has not included costs for restoration of damage that may result and shall not be responsible for such costs.

Access to Site. The Employer shall with the Engineer's written order to commence the Works, give to the Contractor possession of so much of the Site as may be required to enable the Contractor to commence and proceed with the construction of the Works in accordance with the Programme referred to in Clause 13 hereof and otherwise in accordance with such reasonable proposals of the Contractor as he shall make to the Engineer by notice in writing, and shall from time to time as the Works proceed give to the Contractor possession of such further portions of the Site as may be required to enable the Contractor to proceed with the construction of the Works with due dispatch in accordance with the said Programme or proposals, as the case may be. The Contractor shall bear all expenses and charges for special temporary wayleaves required by him in connection with access to the Site. The Contractor shall also provide at his own cost any additional accommodation outside the Site required by him for the purpose of the Works.
Access to Site. The Engineer shall at all times have access to the site to complete his Work.

Access to Site. (a) Following the delivery of Vacant Possession of the Project Site on “as is where is basis” by the Authority to the Concessionaire, the Concessionaire shall, at all reasonable times and on reasonable notice, afford access to the Project Site to, (i) the Authority, or the ‘Project Monitoring & Supervision Consultants’/Consultant, or the Experts and their duly authorised personnel and representatives so as to carry out their respective functions and obligations hereunder; (ii) the representatives of or Persons duly authorised by the relevant Government Authority concerned with safety, security or environmental protection to inspect the Site, and the Project and the Works, carry out their respective duties and functions and to investigate any other matter within their authority. (b) The Persons obtaining access to the Site shall conduct their activities and operations at their own risk, cost and expense and in such manner so as to cause minimum disruption to the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project consistent with the purpose of the Person gaining such access.
Access to Site. The Grantee hereby gives the Site Developer access to the Revitalization Area (or portions thereof subject to control by the Grantee) so as to allow the Site Developer to undertake and accomplish its responsibilities under this Contract.
