Access to and Use of the. Utility’s Property - The Utility grants to the City and their employees, agents, contractors and other representatives the right to: (1) enter upon and to have access to all property of the Utility, including but not limited to the recycling centre; (2) use all of the assets and property of the Utility; and (3) access, review and take copies, both electronic and paper, of the Utility records and information, to the extent necessary to perform the Transition Services.
