Common use of Access to background Clause in Contracts

Access to background. Implementation Each Party grants the other Parties a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use its Background for the term of the Consortium Agreement and for the implementation of the Project. No Party may grant a sub-licence to another Party’s Background without the prior written permission of that Party. Utilisation Each Party will grant a requesting Party a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use its Background if such information is necessary for further usage of Results. Such licence will be granted on fair and reasonable market conditions.
