Access to Books. Each Partner shall have the right at all reasonable times during usual business hours to audit, examine, and make copies of or extracts from the books of account of the Partnership. Any Partner may exercise such right through any agent or employee so designated by it, and such expense shall be an expense of the Partner exercising such right.
