Access to Business and Records. The Vendors must allow the Purchaser and its Representatives reasonable access to the Properties and the Records at all reasonable times before Completion to enable the Purchaser, as is reasonably necessary, to: (a) become familiar with the Business and the affairs of the Company; (b) investigate the accuracy of the Warranties; and (c) conduct due diligence investigations.
