The Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Owner Trustee, the Owner Indenture Trustee and the Trust Collateral Agent Certificateholders reasonable access to the documentation regarding the ReceivablesReceivables and the related Trust property. In each case, such access Access shall be afforded without charge charge, but only upon reasonable request request, which does not unreasonably interfere with the Servicer's normal business operations or employee or customer relations, and during the normal business hourshours at the offices of the Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law Applicable Law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

The Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Owner Trustee, Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee Standby Servicer, the Backup Servicer, the Rating Agencies, and the Trust Collateral Agent reasonable Insurer access to the documentation regarding the ReceivablesReceivables Files in such cases where such parties shall be required by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation. In each case, such access Access shall be afforded without charge charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hourshours at the respective offices of the Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this SectionSection 8.15.

The Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Trust Collateral Agent reasonable Indenture Trustee access to the documentation regarding Receivable Files in such cases where the ReceivablesCertificateholders shall be required by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

The Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Trustee, the Owner Trustee Backup Servicer, each Note Purchaser and the Trust Collateral Agent each Noteholder reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Receivables. Nothing in this Section shall affect derogate from the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

In each case, such access Access shall be afforded without charge charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hourshours at the offices of the Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

Nothing in this Section 3.15 shall affect derogate from the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 3.15 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this SectionSection 3.15.

In each case, such access shall be afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours. Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables. The Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Trustee, the Owner Trustee and [the Trust Collateral Agent Backup Servicer] reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Receivables. In each case, such access shall be afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours. Nothing in this Section 3.12 shall affect derogate from the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this SectionSection 3.12.
