Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables. (a) The Servicer shall provide to the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee access to the Receivable Files in such cases where the Securityholders shall be required by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation. In each case, such access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of the Servicer. (b) The Servicer shall provide to each Rating Agency any information regarding the Receivables that is reasonably requested by such Rating Agency. (c) Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

In each case, such Such access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and conducted in a reasonable manner during the normal business hours which does not unreasonably interfere with the normal operations or customer or employee relations of the Servicer, at the respective offices of the Servicer. (b) The Servicer shall provide to each Rating Agency any information regarding the Receivables that is reasonably requested by such Rating Agency. (c) . Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law Applicable Law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

In each case, The Certificate Insurer shall be afforded such access at any time, subject to the requirements of the next sentence. Access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of the Servicer. (b) The Servicer shall provide to each Rating Agency any information regarding the Receivables that is reasonably requested by such Rating Agency. (c) . Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this SectionSection 4.12.

The Servicer shall provide to the Owner Trustee Certificateholders and the Indenture Trustee Noteholders access to the Receivable Files in such cases where the Securityholders Certificateholders or Noteholders shall be required by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentationdocumentation as demonstrated by evidence satisfactory to the Servicer in its reasonable judgment. In each case, such access Access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of the Servicer. (b) The Servicer shall provide to each Rating Agency any information regarding the Receivables that is reasonably requested by such Rating Agency. (c) . (a) The Servicer shall provide and shall cause the related Subcustodian to provide to the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee Certificateholders access to the Receivable Files in such cases where the Securityholders Certificateholders shall be required by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentationdocumentation as demonstrated by evidence satisfactory to the Servicer in its reasonable judgment. In each case, such access Access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of locations where the Servicer. (b) The Servicer shall provide to each Rating Agency any information regarding the Receivables that is reasonably requested by such Rating Agency. (c) Receivable Files are held and described in Section 2.5(b). Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

In each case, such Such access shall be afforded without charge, charge but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours which does not unreasonably interfere with the normal operations or customer or employee relations of the Servicer, at the respective offices of the Servicer. (b) The Servicer shall provide to each Rating Agency any information regarding the Receivables that is reasonably requested by such Rating Agency. (c) . Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.this

(b) The Servicer shall provide to each Rating Agency any information regarding the Receivables that is reasonably requested by such Rating Agency. (c) . Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this SectionSection 4.12.

(a) The Servicer shall provide to the Owner Trustee Trust, Indenture Trustee, Bank Regulatory Authorities, and the Indenture Trustee supervisory agents and examiners of Bank Regulatory Authorities access to the Receivable Files Files, as to the latter in such cases where the Securityholders Bank Regulatory Authorities shall be required by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentationdocumentation as demonstrated by evidence satisfactory to Servicer in its reasonable judgment. In each case, such access Access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of the Servicer. (b) The Servicer shall provide to each Rating Agency any information regarding the Receivables that is reasonably requested by such Rating Agency. (c) . Nothing in this Section 4.12 shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this SectionSection 4.12.
