Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the EMC Mortgage Loans. The EMC Servicer shall afford the Master Servicer, the Depositor and the Trustee reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the EMC Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance policies and other matters relating to the Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the EMC Servicer designated by it.
