Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding. Receivables. The Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Trustee, the ----------- Owner Trustee, the Trust Collateral Agent, the Backup Servicer and the Insurer reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Receivables. In each case, such access shall be afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.
Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Receivables. The Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee access to --------------- the documentation regarding the Accounts and the Receivables in such cases where the Indenture Trustee is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of the Noteholders, or by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (i) upon reasonable request, (ii) during normal business hours, (iii) subject to the Servicer's normal security and confidentiality procedures and (iv) at offices designated by the Servicer. Nothing in this Section 5.6 shall derogate from the ----------- obligation of Seller, the Indenture Trustee or the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 5.6 as ----------- a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 5.6. -----------

Upon reasonable prior notice, the Servicer shall provide to the ------------- Administrator and its agents access to the Trust Student Loan Files and shall permit the Administrator to examine and make copies of, and abstracts from, the records and books of account of the Servicer relating to the Trust Student Loans and shall permit the Administrator to undertake periodic site reviews of the Servicer's operations relating to the servicing of the Trust Student Loans (including on the premises of any agent of the Servicer). Reasonable access shall be afforded to the Administrator without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of the Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.
Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans. Upon reasonable advance notice in writing if required by federal regulation, the Servicer will provide to each Certificateholder that is a savings and loan association, bank or insurance company certain reports and reasonable access to information and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans sufficient to permit such Certificateholder to comply with applicable regulations of the OTS or other regulatory authorities with respect to investment in the Certificates; provided, that the Servicer shall be entitled to be reimbursed by each such Certificateholder for actual expenses incurred by the Servicer in providing such reports and access.

Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding. Home Equity Loans. ----------------- (a) The Master Servicer shall, and shall cause the applicable Subservicer, to provide to the Trustee and Certificateholders access to the documentation regarding the Home Equity Loans in such Subservicer's possession in such cases where the Certificateholders shall be required by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation (including, without limitation, 12 CFR 571.13). Access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of the Master Servicer or any Subservicer. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Master Servicer or any Subservicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Master Servicer or any Subservicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 3.11(a). (b) The Master Servicer shall supply information in such form as the Trustee shall reasonably request to the Paying Agent and the Trustee, on or before the Determination Date for the related Payment Date, as is required in the Trustee's reasonable judgment to enable the Paying Agent or the Trustee, as the case may be, to make required distributions and to furnish the required reports to Certificateholders. (c) A copy of the Officer's Certificate referred to in Section 3.9(a) and the report referred to in Section 3.10 may be obtained by any Certificateholder at the Master Servicer's expense by a request in writing to the Trustee addressed to the Trustee at its Corporate Trust Office.

Nothing in this Section 8.6 shall derogate from the obligation of the Transferor, the Trustee or the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 8.6 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 8.6.
Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the ------------------------------------------------------------- Mortgage Loans. -------------- The Servicer shall provide, and shall cause any Subservicer to provide, to the Bond Administrator, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Bond Insurer access to the documentation regarding the related Mortgage Loans and REO Property and to the Bondholders, the FDIC, and the supervisory agents and examiners of the FDIC (to which the Bond Administrator and the Indenture Trustee shall also provide) access to the documentation regarding the related Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Servicer or the Subservicers that are designated by these entities; provided, however, that, unless otherwise required by law, the Bond Administrator, the Indenture Trustee, the Servicer or the Subservicer shall not be required to provide access to such documentation if the provision thereof would violate the legal right to privacy of any Mortgagor; provided, further, however, that the Bond Administrator, the Indenture Trustee, the Bond Insurer and the Owner Trustee shall coordinate their requests for such access so as not to impose an unreasonable burden on, or cause an unreasonable interruption of, the business of the Servicer or any Subservicer. The Servicer, the Subservicers, the Indenture Trustee and the Bond Administrator shall allow representatives of the above entities to photocopy any of the documentation and shall provide equipment for that purpose at a charge that covers their own actual out-of- pocket costs.
