Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Loans. The Servicer shall provide to the Trustee, the Owner Trustee, the Co-Trustee, and the Custodian access to the documentation regarding the Loans required by applicable local, state and federal regulations, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Servicer designated by it.
