Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans; Inspections. (a) The Master Servicer and each Servicer shall afford the Depositor, the Trustee and the Trust Administrator reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable written request and during normal business hours at the office designated by the Master Servicer or such Servicer. In addition, each Servicer other than WMMSC shall afford the Master Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable written request and during normal business hours at the office designated by such Servicer. In addition, each Servicer shall provide to the Special Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans serviced by it that become Special Serviced Mortgage Loans. (b) The Master Servicer and each Servicer, separately with respect to the Mortgage Loans each directly services, shall inspect the related Mortgaged Properties as often as deemed necessary by the Master Servicer or such Servicer in such party’s sole discretion, to assure itself that the value of such Mortgaged Property is being preserved. In addition, if any Mortgage Loan is more than 60 days delinquent, the Master Servicer or such Servicer, as applicable, shall conduct subsequent inspections in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices or as may be required by the primary mortgage guaranty insurer. The Master Servicer and each Servicer shall keep a written or electronic report of each such inspection.

Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans; Inspections. (a) The Master Each Servicer and each the Master Servicer shall afford the Depositor, Depositor and the Trustee and the Trust Administrator reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable written request and during normal business hours at the office designated by the related Servicer or the Master Servicer, as applicable. None of the Servicers or the Master Servicer shall be required to make copies of or such Servicer. (b) Upon reasonable advance notice in writing for any review requiring on-site access or upon reasonable notice for any other type of access, each Servicer other than WMMSC shall afford and the Master Servicer will provide to each Certificateholder which is a savings and loan association, bank or insurance company certain reports and reasonable access to all records information and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and sufficient to permit such Certificateholder to comply with applicable regulations of the OTS or other matters relating regulatory authorities with respect to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable written request and during normal business hours at investment in the office designated by such Servicer. In addition, Certificates; provided that each Servicer shall provide be entitled to be reimbursed by each such Certificateholder for actual expenses incurred by each Servicer and the Special Master Servicer reasonable access to all records in providing such reports and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans serviced by it that become Special Serviced Mortgage Loansaccess. (bc) The Master Each Servicer and each Servicer, separately with respect to the Mortgage Loans each directly services, shall inspect the related Mortgaged Properties related to Non-Designated Mortgage Loan as often as deemed necessary by the Master Servicer or such related Servicer in such partyServicer’s sole discretion, to assure itself that the value of such Mortgaged Property is being preserved. In addition, if any Mortgage Loan is more than 60 days delinquent, the Master Servicer or such Servicer, as applicable, preserved and shall conduct subsequent inspections in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices or as may be required by the primary mortgage guaranty insurer. The Master Servicer and each related Servicer shall keep a written or electronic report of each such inspection.

(a) The Master Servicer and each Servicer shall afford the Depositor, the Trustee and the Trust Administrator reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable written request and during normal business hours at the office designated by the Master Servicer or such Servicer. In addition, each Servicer Servicer, other than WMMSC WMMSC, shall afford the Master Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable written request and during normal business hours at the office designated by such Servicer. In addition, each Servicer Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Special Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans serviced by it that become Special Serviced Mortgage Loans.
