Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Non-Designated Mortgage Loans; Inspections. (a) The Master Servicer and each Servicer shall afford the Depositor, the Trustee and the Trust Administrator reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Non-Designated Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable written request and during normal business hours at the office designated by the Master Servicer or such Servicer. In addition, each Servicer shall afford the Master Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Non-Designated Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable written request and during normal business hours at the office designated by such Servicer. In addition, each Servicer shall provide to the Special Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Non-Designated Mortgage Loans serviced by it that become Special Serviced Mortgage Loans.
