Common use of Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Non-Designated Mortgage Loans; Inspections Clause in Contracts

Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Non-Designated Mortgage Loans; Inspections. (a) The Master Servicer and each Servicer shall afford the Depositor, the Trustee and the Trust Administrator reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Non-Designated Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable written request and during normal business hours at the office designated by the Master Servicer or such Servicer. In addition, each Servicer other than WMMSC shall afford the Master Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Non-Designated Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable written request and during normal business hours at the office designated by such Servicer. In addition, the Master Servicer, pursuant to its rights and obligations under the related Designated Servicing Agreement, shall afford the Depositor, the Trustee and the Trust Administrator reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Designated Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to the related Designated Servicing Agreement, to the extent the Master Servicer is entitled to access to such records, documentation, accounts, information or other matters from the related Designated Servicer pursuant to the related Designated Servicing Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable written request and during normal business hours at the office designated by the Master Servicer. In addition, each Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Special Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans serviced by it that become Special Serviced Mortgage Loans.

In addition, the Master Servicer, pursuant to its rights and obligations under the related Designated Servicing Agreement, shall afford the Depositor, the Trustee and the Trust Administrator reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Designated Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to the related Designated Servicing Agreement, to the extent the Master Servicer is entitled to access to such records, documentation, accounts, information or other matters from the related Designated Servicer pursuant to the related Designated Servicing Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable written request and during normal business hours at the office designated by the Master Servicer. In addition, each Servicer, other than WMMSC, shall provide to the Special Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans serviced by it that become Special Serviced Mortgage Loans.

In addition, each Servicer, other than WMMSC, Servicer shall provide to the Special Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Non-Designated Mortgage Loans serviced by it that become Special Serviced Mortgage Loans.

In addition, each Servicer, other than WMMSCWMMSC and WMBFA, shall provide to the Special Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans serviced by it that become Special Serviced Mortgage Loans.

In addition, each Servicer, other than WMMSC, Servicer shall provide to the Special Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans serviced by it that become Special Serviced Mortgage Loans.
