Access to Certain Documentation. The Master Servicer shall provide to the Office of Thrift Supervision, the FDIC, and any other federal or state banking or insurance regulatory authority that may exercise authority over any Certificateholder, access to the documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans required by applicable laws and regulations. Such access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Master Servicer designated by it. In addition, access to the documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans will be provided to any Certificateholder, the Trustee and to any Person identified to the Master Servicer as a prospective transferee of a Certificate, upon reasonable request during normal business hours at the offices of the Master Servicer designated by it at the expense of the Person requesting such access.
