Common use of Access to Certain Information Clause in Contracts

Access to Certain Information. (a) The Certificate Administrator and the Custodian shall afford to any Privileged Person (including the Operating Advisor and the Controlling Class Representative) access to any documentation (other than any Privileged Information) regarding the Mortgage Loans or the other assets of the Trust Fund that are in its possession or within its control. Such access shall be afforded without charge but only upon reasonable prior written request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Certificate Administrator or the Custodian. (b) The Certificate Administrator shall maintain at its offices (and, upon reasonable prior written request and during normal business hours, shall make available, or cause to be made available) for review by any Privileged Person originals and/or copies of the following items (to the extent such items were prepared by or delivered to the Certificate Administrator in electronic format):
