Access to Certificate IV (Disability) Qualification. (a) The Employer agrees to provide unqualified Employees, including non-direct care Employees with direct opportunities to gain the minimum qualification in-service. (b) The Employer will continue to provide for Certificate IV level traineeships for Employees in the DDSO 1 unqualified positions, funding will include backfill for off the job training components. (c) Allocation of traineeships and implementation shall be monitored by the CCC. (d) Trainees shall receive the applicable adult rates as contained in this Agreement.
