Common use of Access to Certificateholders’ Name and Addresses Clause in Contracts

Access to Certificateholders’ Name and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Depositor or the Owner Trustee, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Depositor or the Owner Trustee, a list, in such form as the Depositor or the Owner Trustee, as the case may be, may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding the Certificates, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Trust, the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
