Common use of Access to City Data Clause in Contracts

Access to City Data. 4.3.1. The City shall, to the extent permitted by law, allow Firm to access and make copies of documents (including electronically stored information) in the possession or control of the City or available to it that are reasonably necessary for Firm to perform under this Agreement. 4.3.2. The City does not, however, represent that all existing conditions are fully documented, nor is the City obligated to develop new documentation for Firm’s use. 4.3.3. For any raw data created, assembled, used, maintained, collected, or stored by the Firm for or on behalf of the City, Firm shall provide the City either the raw data itself or the ability to extract the raw data in a format mutually agreed upon by both parties at no additional cost to the City.
