Common use of Access to City Data Clause in Contracts

Access to City Data. 4.5.1 The City shall, to the extent permitted by law, allow Architect/Engineer to access and make copies of documents in the possession or control of the City or available to it that are reasonably necessary for Architect/Engineer to perform under this Contract.
