Common use of Access to Collateral, Books and Records; Other Information Clause in Contracts

Access to Collateral, Books and Records; Other Information. Without limitation or duplication of the provisions of Section 6.10 of the Credit Agreement, upon reasonable prior request to each Grantor, the Agent, its agents, accountants and attorneys shall have full and free access to visit and inspect, as applicable, during normal business hours, all of the Collateral including, without limitation, all of the books, correspondence and records of such Grantor relating thereto. The Agent and its representatives may examine the same, take extracts therefrom and make photocopies thereof, and such Grantor agrees to render to the Agent, at such Grantor’s cost and expense, such clerical and other assistance as may be reasonably requested by the Agent with regard thereto. Such Grantor shall, at any and all times, within a reasonable time after written request by the Agent, furnish or cause to be furnished to the Agent, in such manner and in such detail as may be reasonably requested by the Agent, additional information with respect to the Collateral.
