Examination of Books and Records. At reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, Lender, its agents, accountants and attorneys shall have the right to examine the records, books, management and other papers of Borrower which reflect upon their financial condition, at the Property or at any office regularly maintained by Borrower where the books and records are located. Lender and its agents shall have the right to make copies and extracts from the foregoing records and other papers. In addition, at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, Lender, its agents, accountants and attorneys shall have the right to examine and audit the books and records of Borrower pertaining to the income, expenses and operation of the Property during reasonable business hours at any office of Borrower where the books and records are located. This Section 7.6 shall apply throughout the term of the Note and without regard to whether an Event of Default has occurred or is continuing.

This Section 7.6 shall apply throughout the term of the Note and without regard to whether an Event of Default has occurred or is continuing.
Examination of Books and Records. Subcustodian agrees that its books and records relating to the Account and Subcustodian's actions under this Agreement shall be open to the physical, on-premises inspection and audit at reasonable times by officers of, auditors employed by or other representatives of Custodian including (to the extent permitted under the law of ) the independent public accountants for any customer of Custodian whose property is being held hereunder and such books and records shall be retained for such period as shall be agreed upon by Custodian and Subcustodian. As Custodian may reasonably request from time to time, Subcustodian will furnish its auditor's reports on its system of internal controls, and Subcustodian will use its best efforts to obtain and furnish similar reports of any Eligible Depository authorized and acting hereunder.
Examination of Books and Records. Any Participant to this Agreement shall have the right to examine the books and records created and maintained by NCPA pursuant to this Agreement at any reasonable, mutually agreed upon time.

Upon reasonable notice, during normal business hours and at a reasonable time and place, United or its designee shall have the right to examine any books or records of Vendor that relate to this Agreement during the term of this Agreement and for three (3) years thereafter unless otherwise required by law.
