Common use of Access to Collateral, Books and Records; Other Information Clause in Contracts

Access to Collateral, Books and Records; Other Information. Upon reasonable request to any Grantor, representatives of the Collateral Trustee or any other Secured Party (acting through the applicable Secured Debt Representative) shall have full and free access to visit and inspect, as applicable, during normal business hours all of the Collateral of such Grantor, including all of the books, correspondence and records of such Grantor relating thereto; provided that no Grantor shall be required to provide such access more than two times in any fiscal year, unless an Actionable Default shall have occurred and be continuing. The Collateral Trustee and its representatives may examine the same, take extracts therefrom and make photocopies thereof, and such Grantor agrees to render to the Collateral Trustee, at such Grantor’s cost and expense, such clerical and other assistance as may be reasonably requested by the Collateral Trustee with regard thereto. Such Grantor shall, at any and all times, within a reasonable time after written request by the Collateral Trustee, furnish or cause to be furnished to the Collateral Trustee, in such manner and in such detail as may be reasonably requested by the Collateral Trustee, additional information with respect to the Collateral.
