Common use of Access to Company Books and Records Clause in Contracts

Access to Company Books and Records. (a) Members (personally or through an authorized representative) may, for purposes reasonably related to their Interests, during reasonable business hours (i) examine and copy (at their own cost and expense) the books and records of the Company, including the records listed in Section 7.10.2, and (ii) have access to the Company’s management, plans, properties and other assets to conduct due diligence and other investigations (including, without limitation, environmental assessments) regarding the Business and assets of the Company at such Member’s sole expense, and the Company shall reasonably cooperate with such Member in such due diligence and investigations.
