Access to Construction. A. Upon reasonable notice to DESIGN/BUILDER, OWNER, other representatives and personnel of OWNER, independent testing laboratories and governmental agencies with jurisdictional interests will have access to the Construction at the Site at reasonable times for their observation, inspecting and testing. DESIGN/BUILDER shall provide them proper and safe conditions for such access and advise them of DESIGN/BUILDER's Site safety procedures and programs so that they may comply therewith as applicable.
Access to Construction. Owner, Owner's inspectors, other representatives, consultants and personnel of Owner, independent testing laboratories and governmental agencies with jurisdictional interests will have access to the Site and the Construction at reasonable times for their observation, inspecting, and testing. Contractor shall provide them proper and safe conditions for such access and advise them of Contractor's Site safety procedures and programs so that they may comply therewith as applicable.
Access to Construction. The Developer shall facilitate safe access to the works by the Grantor and his designates for the purposes of monitoring progress and conducting independent quality, safety and environmental reviews.
