Common use of Access to Consultant's Premises Clause in Contracts

Access to Consultant's Premises. The Consultant must at all reasonable times: give to the Commonwealth's Representative, or to any persons authorised in writing by the Commonwealth's Representative, access to premises occupied by the Consultant where Services are being carried out; and permit those persons referred to in paragraph (a) to inspect the carrying out of the Services and any Project Documents.
