Access to Council owned land. (a) The Council agrees to permit the Developer, upon receiving at least 10 Business Days’ prior notice, to enter, pass through or occupy any Council owned or controlled land in order to enable the Developer to properly perform its obligations under this agreement. Nothing in this clause creates or gives the Developer any estate or interest in any part of the Council owned or controlled land.
