Common use of Access to Course Packs Clause in Contracts

Access to Course Packs. Courseware and/or Electronic Reserve Collections is to be controlled by security measures, such as IP authentication or the use of authorized passwords that are only to be provided to registered students of that particular course and which must always include registered students’ acceptance of the disclaimer regarding the terms and restrictions of use of the Licensed Materials that appears whenever the user accesses the Licensed Materials. Licensee may provide URLs in Course Packs, Courseware and/or Electronic Reserve Collections but may not use transcripts, transcript excerpts, images, or audio from any of the Licensed Materials;
