Blue Cross and Blue Shield will provide access, at the request of the Plan, and on terms mutually agreeable to the Plan and Blue Cross and Blue Shield, to Protected Health Information in a Designated Record Set, to the Plan or, as directed by the Plan, to an individual in order to meet the requirements under 45 C.F.R. § 164.524.
