Access to Equipment. DISTRICT representatives shall at all times have access to inspect the CONTRACTOR’S buses and documents to be used for transportation of DISTRICT students. Inspection may include the visual examination of the equipment and examination of bus driver’s licenses/certificates. The DISTRICT reserves the right to reject a trip from departing from a school site or any other location when it is determined the bus and/or the licenses or certificates do not meet the minimum requirements under California law or DISTRICT standards.

Access to Equipment. 2.1 Customer shall make the Equipment available to Philips at a mutually agreed date and time. If the Equipment is not available at the agreed upon time, Philips or Customer may attempt to reschedule the Service or cancel the Service. Philips may charge Customer at the then-current demand service rates for all time spent by Philips service personnel waiting for access to the Equipment.
Access to Equipment. If SUBCONTRACTOR agrees in an individual Work Order to be responsible for the O&M of the Energy Related Equipment provided and installed by SUBCONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTOR shall seek from the Customer, permission for SUBCONTRACTOR C reasonably access said equipment to perform O&M responsibilities in accordance with the Master Agreement and Work Order. After termination of the Work Order O&M provisions. SUBCONTRACTOR shall not have any O&M responsibility for the Energy Related Equipment.

Access to Equipment. 5.1 Customer shall make the Equipment available in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule provided by Philips. If Philips cannot locate the Equipment, or the Equipment is not made available for planned maintenance when scheduled, Philips will notify Customer that Customer has ninety (90) days to make available Equipment for planned maintenance, otherwise customer waives right to service, and Philips may delete Equipment from this Agreement. Customer’s failure to do so will constitute Customer’s waiver of the scheduled planned maintenance and shall release Philips from its obligations under the Agreement without any liability whatsoever. Customer agrees to pay Philips at the then- current demand service rates for the time that Philips’ or its subcontractor’s personnel had to wait before being able to gain access to the Equipment.

Access to Equipment. From the date of this Agreement until the Closing Date, Seller shall afford the officers, manager, attorneys, accountants and other authorized representatives of Buyer reasonable access upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours to inspect the Assets, so that the examining party may have an opportunity to make such inspection as it shall desire.
Access to Equipment. In the event Convergys installs and maintains the equipment for Client, Client agrees to promptly provide and permit reasonable access to such equipment by Convergys personnel and to provide the necessary environment for such equipment; provided that Convergys is responsible for identifying such requirements for such environment.
Access to Equipment. Seller shall have full, free and safe access to the Equipment on each scheduled inspection or emergency service visit. Seller shall also have access to and use of any machine, service, attachments, features, or other operating supplies or accessories necessary to perform the necessary service contemplated herein at no charge to the Seller. Should the Seller be denied access to the Equipment by the Buyer at the agreed upon time, a charge equal to the waiting period times the prevailing Field Engineer hourly rate will be assessed by the Seller and accepted by the Buyer.
