Access to Equipment. If SUBCONTRACTOR agrees in an individual Work Order to be responsible for the O&M of the Energy Related Equipment provided and installed by SUBCONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTOR shall seek from the Customer, permission for SUBCONTRACTOR C reasonably access said equipment to perform O&M responsibilities in accordance with the Master Agreement and Work Order.
