Common use of Access to ERDS Clause in Contracts

Access to ERDS. Access to the ERDS software, scan, and 20 transmission process shall be governed by an authentication system approved by 21 CERTNA and COUNTY. All administrative access to the authentication system shall be 22 restricted to COUNTY employees and CERTNA employees only. ERDS SUBMITTER 23 shall not perform any authentication administration. ERDS SUBMITTER acknowledges 24 that its access to the ERDS is governed by an agreement by and between ERDS 25 SUBMITTER and CERTNA.
