Access to Hosted Services Sample Clauses
Access to Hosted Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Atlassian grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Hosted Services during the applicable Subscription Term (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement, your applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation. If Atlassian offers client software (e.g., a desktop or mobile application) for any Hosted Service, you may use such software solely with the Hosted Service, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You acknowledge that our Hosted Services are on-line, subscription-based products and that we may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time, such as to add new features and remove little-used features.
Access to Hosted Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Digital Samba grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Hosted Services during the applicable Subscription Term (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement, your applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation. If Digital Samba offers client software (e.g., a desktop or mobile application) for any Hosted Service, you may use such software solely with the Hosted Service, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You acknowledge that our Hosted Services are online, subscription-based products and that we may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SOLITEC grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Hosted Services during the applicable Subscription Term (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement, your applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation. If SOLITEC offers client software (e.g., a desktop or mobile application) for any Hosted Service, you may use such software solely with the Hosted Service, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You acknowledge that our Hosted Services are on-line, subscription-based products and that we may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time.

If eMite offers client software (e.g., a desktop or mobile application) for any Hosted Service, you may use such software solely with the Hosted Service, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You acknowledge that our Hosted Services are on-line, subscription-based products and that we may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, TTI grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Hosted Services provided for a set term specified in your Order (“Subscription Term”), in accordance with this Agreement, your applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation. You acknowledge that our Hosted Services are on-line, subscription-based products and that we may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time.
Access to Hosted Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Form and the End User’s payment of the License Fees, ayfie grants the End User a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable right in the Hosted Services during the applicable Subscription Term in accordance with this Agreement, the applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation and solely for the End User’s internal business purposes. The End User acknowledges that the Hosted Services are an on-line and subscription- based and shall be available to the End User through the Site. The End User further acknowledges that ayfie may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time, at ayfie’s sole and absolute discretion.
Access to Hosted Services. Omnilink will provide You with a user name, password and other information necessary to access the Omnilink Asset Tracker service. You are responsible for keeping the respective user names and passwords confidential and for any communications or transactions made using user name and password. You are responsible for changing the respective user names and password if it is believed that the same has been stolen or might otherwise be misused.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Lendysoft grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Hosted Services during the applicable Subscription Term (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement, your applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation. If Lendysoft offers client software (e.g., a desktop or mobile application) for any Hosted Service, you may use such software solely with the Hosted Service, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You acknowledge that our Hosted Services are on-line, subscription-based products and that we may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, THR Consulting grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Hosted Services during the applicable Subscription Term (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement, your applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation. If THR Consulting offers client software (e.g., a desktop or mobile application) for any Hosted Service, you may use such software solely with the Hosted Service, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You acknowledge that our Hosted Services are on-line, subscription-based products and that we may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time.
Access to Hosted Services. Subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement and any Orders, Passio grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license for Designated Users to access and use the Hosted Services and Documentation solely for Customer’s internal business purposes.
