Access to Hosted Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Atlassian grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Hosted Services during the applicable Subscription Term (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement, your applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation. If Atlassian offers client software (e.g., a desktop or mobile application) for any Hosted Service, you may use such software solely with the Hosted Service, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You acknowledge that our Hosted Services are on-line, subscription-based products and that we may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time, such as to add new features and remove little-used features.
Access to Hosted Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Digital Samba grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Hosted Services during the applicable Subscription Term (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement, your applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation. If Digital Samba offers client software (e.g., a desktop or mobile application) for any Hosted Service, you may use such software solely with the Hosted Service, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You acknowledge that our Hosted Services are online, subscription-based products and that we may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time.
Access to Hosted Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SOLITEC grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Hosted Services during the applicable Subscription Term (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement, your applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation. If SOLITEC offers client software (e.g., a desktop or mobile application) for any Hosted Service, you may use such software solely with the Hosted Service, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You acknowledge that our Hosted Services are on-line, subscription-based products and that we may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time.
Access to Hosted Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, eMite grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Hosted Services during the applicable Subscription Term (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement, your applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation. If eMite offers client software (e.g., a desktop or mobile application) for any Hosted Service, you may use such software solely with the Hosted Service, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You acknowledge that our Hosted Services are on-line, subscription- based products and that we may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time.
Access to Hosted Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Form and the End User’s payment of the License Fees, ayfie grants the End User a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable right in the Hosted Services during the applicable Subscription Term in accordance with this Agreement, the applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation and solely for the End User’s internal business purposes. The End User acknowledges that the Hosted Services are an on-line and subscription- based and shall be available to the End User through the Site. The End User further acknowledges that ayfie may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time, at ayfie’s sole and absolute discretion.
Access to Hosted Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, TTI grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Hosted Services provided for a set term specified in your Order (“Subscription Term”), in accordance with this Agreement, your applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation. You acknowledge that our Hosted Services are on-line, subscription-based products and that we may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time.
Access to Hosted Services. 5.1 In consideration for payment of the applicable Fees, we hereby grant to you a non- exclusive, non-transferable (without a right to sub-licence) licence to access and use, and permit Users to access and use, the Hosted Service referred to in your Order Form for the Subscription Term in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Scope of Use.
5.2 You acknowledge that you shall be responsible for all use of the Hosted Service by Users and shall ensure that these Terms are brought to the attention of all Users. You shall be liable for breach of these Terms by a User as if it were a breach by you.
5.3 We shall use reasonable endeavours to make the Hosted Service available to you and the Users at all times, but we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted or fault free service. We undertake that the Services will be performed substantially in accordance with the Order using reasonable care and skill.
5.4 Our ability to provide the Hosted Service may be impaired by conditions or circumstances that are beyond our control, including, without limitation third party service providers, geographic or atmospheric conditions, local physical obstructions, software and hardware features or functionality of your personal computer, operating system and the number of other users logging onto the Hosted Service, server and/or Network at the same time. We shall take reasonable action to minimise the disruption caused by such circumstances but you acknowledge, agree and accept that some such interruptions may not be avoidable. Notwithstanding the foregoing we shall escalate any issues with the Hosted Service to the relevant third party providers in accordance with the terms of our contract with the relevant third party provider to ensure that the issues are resolved as soon as possible and other contractual protections and remedies available under those contracts (if any) are enforced. We shall also endeavour to keep you updated of the progress in resolving any issues.
5.5 The Network is not controlled by us and may from time to time be upgraded, modified, subject to maintenance work or otherwise amended by the owner of the Network. Such circumstances may result in the Hosted Service being temporarily unavailable. We will take reasonable action to minimise the disruption caused by such circumstances and notify you in advance where any maintenance is scheduled in advance, but some such interruptions may not be avoidable.

Access to Hosted Services. 6.1 To the extent that the Customer is to receive Hosted Services, access to the Hosted Services will be made available to the Customer in accordance with the following:
6.1.1 A secure User ID and password will be required to gain access to the Hosted Services;
6.1.2 Access to the Hosted Services will be provided where a valid user session is available for the specified user. Additional sessions may be purchased at an additional cost if required;
6.1.3 The Customer’s personal computers are to conform to the minimum standard as may be specified by the Supplier from time to time.
6.1.4 The Supplier makes no representation for the speed of the Customer LAN, WAN or internet connection speeds and as such the Supplier does not guarantee the performance of any part of the Hosted Services for factors outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to modem speeds, WAN speeds, ISP reliability or LAN traffic. This includes connectivity to the Supplier hosting centre; it is the Customer’s responsibility to provide a secure route/VPN to the Supplier hosting centre.
6.2 The Hosted Services provided are not fault tolerant unless the Customer has purchased a fault tolerant option.
6.3 The Customer will not have access to its data stored on the Supplier’s Cloud System during a suspension or following termination.
6.4 The Supplier’s obligation to commence the provision of the Hosted Services is contingent on the Customer meeting the Supplier’s credit approval criteria and subject to the terms set out within this Managed Services Agreement.
Access to Hosted Services. Coveo grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Hosted Services during the applicable Term in accordance with this Agreement, your applicable Scope of Use and the Documentation. You acknowledge that our Hosted Services are online, subscription-based products and that Coveo may make changes to the Hosted Services from time to time in accordance with your applicable Support and Service Level Policy.
Access to Hosted Services. Gryphex will provide login information for You to access the Web-Based Application. You shall maintain Your user identification and the password provided to You by Gryphex in secrecy at all times. You assume full responsibility and all liability for any accidental or unauthorized disclosure of Your login information to any other person or party. You shall manage your access and use of Gryphex Software through the administration tools provided therein, which permits the addition of new naming conventions, creating and assigning zones and alerts, and additional services for particular Units, as applicable.
