Account Use. You are responsible and liable for all uses of the Services and Documentation resulting from access provided by you, directly or indirectly, whether such access or use is permitted by or in violation of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you are responsible for all acts and omissions of Authorized Users, and any act or omission by an Authorized User that would constitute a breach of this Agreement if taken by you will be deemed a breach of this Agreement by you. You shall use reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of this Agreement’s provisions as applicable to such Authorized User’s use of the Services and shall cause Authorized Users to comply with such provisions.
Account Use. You may use your card, your account number or checks or similar instruments (including electronic form or otherwise) that we send to you to make purchases and balance transfers and to obtain cash advances. Each time you use your account, you are representing that you intend, and have the ability, to repay all amounts due on your account. You are responsible for all charges made by anyone you allow to use your account, even if they charge more than you intended. If you ask us to issue a card to someone, you are responsible for their charges until you return their card to us or until you notify us that use of their card is no longer authorized, whichever occurs first. We may consider charges made by your immediate family as authorized by you and your responsibility. If unauthorized use of your account occurs, you agree to cooperate with us and law enforcement authorities in identifying the unauthorized user. You are each jointly and severally liable for all amounts due on this account regardless of which of you uses it or benefits from that use.
Account Use. Subscriber and its Authorized Users are responsible for maintaining and keeping confidential its Account information, including passwords, usernames and email addresses. If Subscriber becomes aware of: (i) any violation of the terms of this Agreement by an Authorized User or unauthorized access to an Account; or (ii) any compromise to an Account including unauthorized access to or disclosure of any Account information, passwords, usernames or login credentials, Subscriber must promptly suspend such access and immediately notify Inriver. If Subscriber becomes aware that any Subscriber Content violates the terms of this Agreement, Subscriber must promptly remove such Subscriber Content.

Customer shall use reasonable efforts to make all End Users aware of these EU Terms' provisions as applicable to such End User's use of the Product, and shall cause its End Users to comply with such provisions.

Account Use. By applying for and accepting credit from Landus, Applicant agrees that all purchases made for Applicant’s account will be primarily for commercial or agricultural use and shall not be for personal, family or household use. Applicant acknowledges and agrees that purchases charged to Applicant’s account shall not be construed as consumer credit sales. Applicant agrees to pay Landus all amounts charged to Applicant’s account, plus finance charges and applicable other fees as set forth below.
Account Use. You aren’t permitted to use your Account for business purposes. If you do use your Account for business purposes, this Agreement still applies, and you must pay us for those Transactions. You may also have to pay us for any damages and/or expenses resulting from that use. In addition, we may close your Account.
