EASI is not responsible for the speed, reliability and/or quality of your connectivity to the Internet.

Exhibits A through G, PART TWO, PART THREE, if applicable, and all other exhibits and attachments hereto are incorporated herein in their entirety. Assignment Prohibited. Grantee acknowledges that this Agreement may not be sold, assigned, or transferred in any manner by Grantee, to include an assignment of Grantee’s rights to receive payment hereunder, and that any actual or attempted sale, assignment, or transfer by Grantee without the Prior Approval of Grantor in writing shall render this Agreement null, void and of no further effect.
Access to Internet. Customer has sole responsibility for obtaining, maintaining, and securing its connections to the Internet, and ESO makes no representations to Customer regarding the reliability, performance or security of any particular network or provider.
Access to Internet. Structural cable system of the Building is used for distribution of access to Internet. Active equipment of the commutation center is installed in the central commutation room.
