Notice of Change. Grantee shall notify the Grantor if there is a change in Grantee’s legal status, federal employer identification number (FEIN), DUNS Number, UEI, XXX registration status, Related Parties, senior management or address. See 30 ILCS 708/60(a). If the change is anticipated, Grantee shall give thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Grantor. If the change is unanticipated, Grantee shall give notice as soon as practicable thereafter. Grantor reserves the right to take any and all appropriate action as a result of such change(s).
Notice of Change a. If the Authority requires a Change, it shall serve a Notice (an "Authority Notice of Change") on the Contractor.
b. The Authority Notice of Change shall set out the change required to the Contractor Deliverables in sufficient detail to enable the Contractor to provide a written proposal (a "Contractor Change Proposal") in accordance with clause 3 below.

Notice of Change. A Party may from time to time change its address or designee for notification purposes by giving the other prior notice of the new address or designee and the date upon which it shall become effective.

Seller will promptly advise Buyer in writing of any material adverse change, or the occurrence of any event which involves any substantial possibility of a material adverse change, in the business, financial condition, results of operations, assets, liabilities or prospects of the Company.

Mortgagor shall give Mortgagee prior written notice of any change in: (a) the location of its place of business or its chief executive office if it has more than one place of business; (b) the location of any of the Property, including the Books and Records; and (c) Mortgagor’s name or business structure. Unless otherwise approved by Mortgagee in writing, all Property that consists of personal property (other than the Books and Records) will be located on the Premises and all Books and Records will be located at Mortgagor’s place of business or chief executive office if Mortgagor has more than one place of business.
Notice of Change. The Company will promptly advise Buyer in writing of any material adverse change, or the occurrence of any event which involves any substantial possibility of a material adverse change, in its business, financial condition, results of operations, assets, liabilities or prospects.
Notice of Change. Provider shall give thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to DHS if there is a change in Provider’s legal status, Federal employer identification number (FEIN), DUNS number, or address. DHS reserves the right to take any and all appropriate action as a result of such change(s).
Notice of Change. The Corporation will give to the Union in writing at least ninety (90) days' notice of any intended technological change that:
(a) affects the terms and condition, or security, of employment of a significant number of employees to whom this Agreement applies; and
(b) alters significantly the basis upon which this Agreement was negotiated.
