Common use of Access to land and property Clause in Contracts

Access to land and property. The <<State Designated Agency>> warrants that the Consultant shall have, free of charge, unimpeded access to the site of the project in respect of which access is required for the performance of Services; provided that if such access shall not be made available to the Consultant as and when so required, the Parties shall agree on (i) the time extension, as may be appropriate, for the performance of Services, if any, to be made to the Consultant.

Access to land and property. In order to perform the Services under this Agreement, if any, the Authority hitherto agrees to be made to assist in obtaining the Consultantrelevant statutory approvals from local bodies.
