CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL. Consultant has, or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required to perform the Services required under this Agreement. All of the Services required under this Agreement shall be performed by Consultant or under its supervision, and all personnel engaged in the Services shall be qualified to perform such Services. Consultant shall make every reasonable effort to maintain the stability and continuity of Consultant’s staff and sub-contractors, if any, assigned to perform the Services required under this Agreement. Consultant shall notify City of all changes in Consultant’s staff and sub-contractors, if any, assigned to perform the Services required under this Agreement, prior to and during any such performance. In the event that City, in its sole discretion, at any time during the term of this Agreement, desires to reassign any staff or sub-contractor of Consultant, City shall give notice as set forth in Section 8.1. Consultant shall, immediately upon the receipt of the notice to re-assign staff from City, reassign such person or persons.
CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL. The Consultant shall designate in writing to the Authority one individual, satisfactory to the Authority, who shall be responsible for coordinating all of the services to be rendered by the Consultant and who shall be the Authority's normal point of contact with the Consultant on matters relating to such services. Such individual shall be replaced upon the Authority's written request. The designee shall not be replaced by the Consultant without the Authority's prior written consent.
CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL. 9.1 The Services shall be carried out by the personnel specified in Annex C ("Consultant´s Personnel") hereof.
CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL a. The Consultant acknowledges that it and the Consultant’s Personnel have no authority to create or incur any liability or obligation on behalf of TMEA, including but not limited to any liability or obligation to expend or incur capital expenditure and not to recruit, employ or dismiss any member of staff employed by TMEA.
CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL. 3.6.1 Consultant shall perform services under this Agreement employing the people listed in its staffing schedule provided in Exhibit "C". Consultant may revise its staffing schedule only after obtaining the prior written approval of the Director. Upon the Director’s written approval, the revised Staffing Schedule shall replace the existing Exhibit “C” without the need of an amendment. The revised Staffing Schedule must include the following information for each professional-level employee proposed for assignment under this Agreement:
CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL. All personnel assigned by the Consultant to the Project shall be required to cooperate fully with personnel assigned by the University to the Project, and, in the event the Consultant's personnel fail to so cooperate, they, on request of the University, shall be relieved of their duties in connection with the Project.

CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL. Applicable / / Not Applicable If applicable, the Consultant shall assign the personnel listed in the Statement of the Work and Payment Schedule for the work required by the Contract and shall not change personnel without the prior written consent of the City, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL. Assignment of the Consultant’s Personnel. The Consultant will employ and assign qualified Personnel to the District’s account in a sufficient number in order to provide and successfully complete the services in accordance to the Term under Paragraph 2. The Consultant will provide the District with a continuously updated list of all its Personnel assigned to the District and qualifications of such Personnel will be provided without charge to the District within three (3) days of written request.
CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL. The Firm shall designate in writing to the Corporation one individual, satisfactory to the Corporation, who shall be responsible for coordinating all of the services to be rendered by the Firm and who shall be the Corporation's normal point of contact with the Firm on matters relating to such services.
