Common use of Access to land by Developer Clause in Contracts

Access to land by Developer. 12.1 The Council authorises the Developer its agents and contractors, to enter, occupy and use the Council Land for the purpose of performing its obligations under this Deed in respect of the Council Land.

Access to land by Developer. 12.1 (a) The Council authorises the Developer its agents and contractors, to enter, occupy and use any land owned or occupied by the Council Land that is reasonably necessary for the purpose of performing its obligations under this Deed in respect of the Council LandAgreement.
