Access to Worksite. Representatives of the Union, authorized by the Local Union, shall have the right to transact Union business on school property and utilize district facilities for Union business at no cost to the Union provided that such activities do not interfere with scheduled activities or teacher duties as outlined in this Agreement. The representative of the Union authorized by the Local Union shall inform the school office when they arrive at the facility.

Access to Worksite. 9.4.1 Authorized representatives of the Association shall have the right to transact official Association business on school property during regular school business hours provided that such activities or use do not interfere with classroom instruction or interrupt normal operations.
